Payment Policy
You must pay in advance to book your workshop using one of our published payment methods. We don’t accept payment in cash on the day.
Cancellation Policy
We do not generally accept cancellations except for extraordinary circumstances and any cancellation or refund is at our discretion. We don’t accept any cancellation requests less than a week before the date of the workshop.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to change the date of your workshop, we will accommodate that ONCE provided you request at least a week in advance in writing. We will move your workshop to a future available date and will let you know when that is. If you’re unable to make that rescheduled date then you will lose the workshop without refund.
Participant Policy
Only paid participants may join our workshops (no non-photographer free guests).
Weather Policy
Our workshops go ahead in all weather conditions and will only be rescheduled if 3 hours prior to the workshop start time there is: i) rainstorm warning of Amber or Black or, ii) typhoon warning of T3 or higher.
Instructor Changes
Click852 reserves the right to change instructors for any workshop.
